How to change settings so tasks with a certain status are under a certain label in a sprint report?

Ashley Freeman December 6, 2018

Hello!

In a sprint report, all of our tasks that have a status of "Ready for Testing" are being put underneath a label of "Completed Issues".  Underneath the "Issues Not Completed" label are tasks with statuses of "Open", "Dev Complete", "Unclassified", "In Dev", "In Progress", and "In Review". How can I change settings so that tasks with the "Ready for Testing" status are also under the "Issues Not Completed" label?

Sorry if my question is confusing or doesn't make sense, I am super new to Jira.

Hi Ashley

What did you refer to by saying "underneath a label". Are you talking about column names in a board? If yes, you can go to Board configuration / Columns and map your issue status to the column. In your case, map Ready for Testing to Issue Not Completed.

If you are talking about something else other than board columns, good to share a screen short here so that your question will be understood more.

Sorry about that! I had to erase all identifying info, but as you can see, the tasks here are still "Ready for Testing" but they're underneath the "Completed Issues" part of the report. In addition, they are not being pushed to the next sprint when the old sprint is cleared out. They just disappear.

I thought it might be their resolution, but they're all marked as "unresolved". Sprint Report.png
