How to change status when moving issue to sprint?

When I open an issue the status is "BACKLOG" 

In my workflow I have 

BACKLOG

OPEN

IN PROGRESS

IN REVIEW

DONE

I want the status of an issue to change from "BACKLOG" to "OPEN" when moving it into a sprint. How can I do that?

Hi All,

@r.engel  is your issue got resolved ?I have tried this rule. It is working under 1 project. 
When it comes to another project I could not see any changes.
please help.
