How to change user key in jira cloud

Hi

I have a user who change an old user account to replace him.

his email is :

firstname.name@company.com

his username is :

firstname.name

his fullname is :

Fisrtname Name

But It seems that his key user is always oldfirstname.oldname

how could I change this because some add-ons use user key and in this case data aren't consistent.

Hi Anne,

If the user has gone into their profile and changed the way their name is displayed the backend system may still be holding old information you will need to submit a support ticket per the SE I spoke to regarding this issue.
