How to clone full project with WBS Gantt chart (Ricksoft)?

Aim : To clone the full project with WBS Gantt Chart (Ricksoft) including the dependencies.

Problem : I have Project A with WBS Gantt Chart which includes all planning and timeline with dependencies.

I want to clone full Project A as to Project B with all the phases and timeline.

Can someone guide me to the process of doing it? 

Hint: I tried using Deep Clone, but it only clones the issues, not the timeline and dependencies.

Alessandro from Ricksoft here - thank you for using our App and for submitting your question, we are happy to have you around!

Since WBS Gantt-Chart relies on Jira data to render its information and dependencies, you can use Jira's own Filter Export feature - here's how you can do it:

1. On the Project A Gantt Chart, open your filter
   (Click on the Settings Icon > Gantt Configuration > Filter and click on the Filter Link)
2. In the filter Screen, click on the Export button on the top right corner of the panel, then Export Excel CSV (all fields)
   This will generate a CSV files with all the issues and their fields.
3. Now you can import that CSV file to Project B - this will duplicate all the issues from Project A with all their information.
   (Go to Jira Admin Cog > System > External System Import)
4. Follow the wizard and make sure you import the Issues mapping all necessary fields to Project B.
5. Once done, create a new Gantt Chart for the new Project B issues.

As a result, you should have a new Gantt Chart with the same hierarchy and dates.

From my understanding, it looks like Project A is a baseline for new projects which you intend to replicate according to your needs.
If that is the case, we recommend you take a look at our Templates feature - which enables you to take a group of issues, and replicate them across different Gantt Charts.
