How to configure auto transition for parent issue if all child issues have the same status?

I've just faced with some problems which are connected to the transitions settings.
My question:

1. How to create the automation transition of parent issue if all child issues are in the same status? For example once all sub-tasks get the "Resolved" status some auto rule starts auto transition which move parent issue to the  "Resolved" status as well.

My settings is not working unfortunately, please help me. Here is a screens of my settings http://ctrlv.in/648446

do you have any postfunction to do that? If yes, try to configure in the Resolve transition of subtask workflow.

Oh I missed the Postfunction 6(Transition 5 ...) in your attached image. Is it configured in the Subtask workflow.
