Our Jira instance has been down for 30-45 minutes. The ability to create tickets also seems to be down. We have been unable to create a ticket nor reach any Jira office by phone. Jira status shows as Operational.
Does anyone know how to reach Jira Support in cases like this? Thanks in advance!
Appears to be a rolling outage. we were down for 35 minutes, then service restored.

Thanks all! Our instance also appears to be working again at the moment. I appreciate the feedback.

Same here. We were down about an hour or so before it all came back. Interesting, once they fixed whatever it was, the support system suddenly worked. Makes you wonder if they purposely shut it down to save on a flood of tickets.

Looks like they pushed an authentication change that broke something and had to roll it back. I'm guessing we will see rolling outage across all their servers as first the bad code gets replicated then the rollback.
