How to retrieve the first "Date Started" value from Log Work, using Jira Issue/Filter in Confluence?

I would like to know when was the first time an assignee has logged time on a specific task (aka when did the work actually start).

I have a table in Confluence where I store some tasks. In Confluce -> Insert Jira Issue/Filter, I want to get the "Date Started" value and add it to the Columns to display section, but it seems I am unable to do this (I can only get "Start date" which is not useful).

The main purpose is to see how accurate was the original estimate, compared to the actual start working date, so we have an idea of each assignee estimation accuracy and team velocity overall.

If you have any ideas about how can this be done in a more elegant way, please let me know.
