Create a filter that includes the ticket you want in the report and schedule this filter.

I'm actually trying to create a report to find the average number of times all JIRA tickets (all Issue types) go through 'QA' (Status of 'Testing'), broken down by developer (Assignee) for the previous calendar month.
I'm a bit of a newbie at it so apologies if the title was a bit misleading.
