My manager wants me to update certain fields on JIRA tickets but I don't have these fields on my layout. Is this a permission restriction?
Hi Jimi,
When you click 'Edit' in the top left of the issue, the Edit screen should display all available fields for the issue.
If you're not seeing something you'd expect to see, try clicking the 'Configure Fields' in the top right, and make sure that 'All' is selected.
