I can`t see "Agile" tab in my JIRA ondemand

1. I order JIRA on demand

2. it works ok

3. I created project there

4. I created issues there

5. I checked if GreenHopper installed

- it shows "plugind details" and "disable" links.

As i understand it mean now it ENABLED

6. but can`t see Agile tab at the top.

While usually i can see it in our download JIRA version.

It`s my first experience with JIRA ondemand.

Please help.

Did you actually sign up for GreenHopper as well?

I just signed up for JIRA OnDemand without GreenHopper. Under Manage Existing Plugins I see the GreenHopper plugin installed and enabled, exactly like you (it looks exactly like your screenshot). However, I am not able to configure GreenHopper at all. After I added GreenHopper in http://my.atlassian.com to my OnDemand subscription, I was able to configure GreenHopper.

Therefore my guess is, that you did not sign up for GreenHopper.

Have you enabled your projects in the GreenHopper plugin administration?

Thank for quik answer, but i cant do point three from this list

1. Log in as a user with the'JIRA Administrators'global permission.
2. Click the 'Administration' link on the top bar.
3. Select'Plugins' > 'GreenHopper' > 'Enabled Projects'

because i can see Enabled Projects in the green hopper configuring. Please check attach.

When you are in the JIRA Administration, can you see the links to the GreenHopper configuration (either in the JIRA Administration itself or in the Plugins menue)?
