I do not see all future sprints when creating a new ticket

For some reason, I am unable to see all future sprints in the Create ticket section. It only shows a few selected ones. Even if I try to manually insert the name of the Sprint, it still doesn't show

Hello @Simona Aleksova

 

The drop-down shows only 10 sprints at the moment. You'll need to type the sprint name to refine the results further.

This was raised as a suggestion ticket (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-80363) but was closed as it didn't gain enough traction.

Hi Karan, 

I have tried typing the sprint name and my printscreen shows that. It is not capable of displaying the sprint even after the name has been typed exactly as it is. Additionally, the sprints are not listed in logical order.

Is there any solution to this?

Are you searching for the sprint "AML Sprint 1"? I'm not sure how to address this scenario.

I'd suggest you raise a support ticket so the support team can investigate it further and help you out.
