I lost all my issues, backlogs, and sprints

I logged into JIRA after few months only to notice that i've lost all my backlogs and sprints.  After logging in JIRA notified that my project went into sleep and it has to wake up my project.  However after that process was done I've lost all my items.  Is there a way to retrieve those back as well as my backlogs and sprints?

1. Do you have the backup?
   • If you've exported the data, You can restore the data by following this document https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/Cloud/Import+and+export+data
2. No backup?
   • If you haven't exported the data, unfortunately Atlassian cloud only retains your data for 15 days. cf. https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/Cloud/Data+storage+FAQ#DatastorageFAQ-Dataretention

There might be some workarounds, but this is what I know so far.

JIRA cloud or Jira-core? If it's a cloud instance we are talking about, you are better off talking to support.atlassian.com as you (or we) don't have any insight in what can have happened or even troubleshoot it. If it's indeed your own hosted environment, some logs could provide more insight in what is breaking.
