I think there is a bug in Jira that displays the user displayed as [~accountid:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx]

I think there is a bug in Jira that displays the user displayed as [~accountid:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] when we receive a mail notification. This is very frustrating that it doesn't show the user name. Do anyone know if this bug is fixed?
