Our concern is this: right now we've got JIRA & Confluence cloud versions and wish to try and start using Zephyr. If we go through the effort of using it (Zephyr), will we have to re-enter the test data at a later stage or does the cloud version convert to a server one all the while maintaining the data we've entered?
Is it seamless? (i.e. Can we install Zephyr cloud and then migrate with JIRA to an On-Premise version without issue)?
Thanks!
Hi Daniel,
There will not be any data loss to Zephyr. The proprietary JIRA backup and restore will backup Zephyr data as well. Please refer to the link
