Importing issues via csv file.

We're currenlty using an Ondemand instance of Jira Agile and I would like to upload issue using a csv file. Where can I find the csv file template and where is the import option located?

I believe it have the necessary information about the import. Just make sure the columns/field is right. For the location of the feature itself it is on Administration > System > Import & Export > External System Import > Import.
