In automation, create a link issue with subtasks in a branch

Hi,
I created an automation task to do that :
when I create a ticket of type A with the field Card_type, I search all cards with this type and create a subtask for each of all. I would like for each subtask create a link (caused by) with the ticket of type A (triggerissue).

How I can do that. For the moment, I can only create a link between the cards and the trigger, but not between the subtask and the trigger.

You can specify one more field—Linked Issues—in the Create Sub-task action, as @Bill Sheboy mentioned.

Hi @Duval_ Stéphanie -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Rather than using the Link Issue action, you can add the link at the same time the sub-task is created:

• delete your Link Issue action
• in the Create Issue action, select the Linked Issues field from the dropdown
• select your link type and the trigger issue
