Inherit Epic link value within sub-tasks

How can i create a field in all issue types (including sub-task) that would automatically inherit the Epic Link Value?
Ultimately I’m trying to be able to see the Epic within the sub-task cards.

Please help.

Thanks,

Krithica

Out of the box, Subtasks cannot have an Epic associated with them. They are associated with a Parent Issue (i.e. Task / User Story) which is subsequently linked to an Epic.
