×Hi,
I want to install the AIO Power BI (Trial Version) Connector for Jira. After following the Installation instructions (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219072/aio-power-bi-connector-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=Installation) I get the message you can see in the attached Screenshot: "We'll tell you when the app has been added" and after a few seconds of loading the message disappears and it says "Start Trial" again.
Does anyone know whats the Problem here?
Hi @Sebastian Karb, if your problem isn't solved yet, you may be interested in our plugin https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221150/power-bi-connector-for-jira?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview Our connector lets you import Jira data into Microsoft's Power BI and create as many data sets as you want. Will be glad if this helps you!
Hi there I am having the exact same issue as the above requests but it is doing the samething with your app. It is the same with the other apps as well.
Cheers

Hello @Alex Pohl ,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
As I mentioned in my reply from the 25 of June 2019:
I have seen a very similar behavior in the past when trying to install an add-on on Cloud instances with an expired license.
In your case, if we are talking about the instance ulxxxxxxxxe.atlassian.net, then I can see that it has indeed an annual subscription that expired on the 20 of October 2020.
Most likely the subscription is already on its way to be renewed but, at this current point in time, this is what is not allowing any new add-ons to be installed.
Cheers,
Dario

Hi @[deleted] ,
I have seen a very similar behavior in the past when trying to install an add-on on Cloud instances with an expired license.
However, if this is not the case here, please open a support request with either the add-on vendor at https://aioreports.freshdesk.com/support/home or with atlassian support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ (or both. We don't know on which end is the issue yet, but both of them should at least be able to determine it).
Cheers,
Dario

@[deleted] Just another thing I forgot to mention: similar issues may also happen in case of a site rename. Specifically, if you had an add-on installed before the site rename and then you try to reinstall the same add-on after the site has been renamed.
In any case, having a support request open with the add-on vendor would help to determine if the issue is with the data on their side or not.
