I would like to know if it is possible to install and configure JIRA on a stand-alone environnement (completely without any internet connexion) ?

Yes, you can. Just download JIRA , transfer it to the server and install it there. You can get the license key from My Atlassian (the license key doesn't need internet connection to be applied). smile

And it's similar for add-ons too - you can download them to your own machine, and upload them onto the firewalled server.
