Integration between Jira and qTest management tool (Server error 500)

My company has licence for Jira and qTest(test management tool). We're trying to integrate Jira and qTest e.g. defect integration between these tools. I tried to figure out how we can do this from some tutorials, but without success. When I open add-ons in Jira, I can see qTest like a new tool, but when I open this, I have server error 500 and this is the main problem why we can't integrate these tools, but I can't figure out how we can solve this issue (please refer on attached image).

So, if anyone of you has any experience with this kind of integration, please let me know how we can solve this error and use these tools without issues?

Hello Alex,

We have a task to integrate Jira with Q Test. When A test case is failed in Qtest ticket need to created in Jira. It would help us if you implemented anything earlier.
