Hello,
Is anyone experience service disruption for Cloud Jira instance? We are not able to connect to our Atlassian Cloud Jira instance and also not able to submit the support ticket. Same error --
Still down and seems to have extended to Confluence now.
So bitbucket, Jira and Confluence are impacted and the status page still shows as if nothing is wrong.

Same issues here. I am unable to submit a support ticket and their status page doesn't show any outages. Users are able to get into Jira but unable to view issues.

Our team is having the same issue. The status does not seem to be updated. Does anyone know when it will be up again?

Same.
From both our organizations and my personal site I experience the following.
Cannot load or edit Jira issues OR create or edit Confluence pages.
Jira shows:
"We couldn't connect to that issue
Make sure that this issue actually exists in that project. If it does, try again in a few minutes. If you still can't link to the issue, contact your Jira admin."
Confluence shows:
"We’ve hit a snag
The issue should resolve on its own, but if it keeps happening, ask your admin to contact our support team and give them:
The URL of this page
The code associated with this error: en0uu0"
When trying to submit a support request I get:
"Something went wrong, please try submitting your request again."
While the top of the support submission page says:
" **Support Service Connection Issue**
There may be an issue reaching our backend service. This could result in your form submission failing to create a support ticket."

I also tried to submit a ticket... But we are unable to see tickets in Jira.
