Is it possible in weekly Tempo submitting to divide the last week of the month to two parts?

katerina_zelenkova June 29, 2020 edited

Dear all,

in Jira cloud, we are using weekly submitting of time in Tempo Timesheets. The problem appears when the last day of month (31st) is for example on Tuesday. We would like to divide the weekly timesheet to two parts to differ months. We would have one submit for 30+31st (monday+tuesday) and second one for 1st to 5th (wednesday to sunday).

Is there any way to do that? If not is this possibility on server version?

Thank you in advance,

Kateřina.

Hi Katerina,

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to have multi period/level approvals in Tempo Cloud/Server. It is possible to approve either Weekly or Monthly regardless whether the month ends in the middle of a week or not.

We invite you to add an idea as a feature request for this in our idea portal (https://ideas.tempo.io/ideas) where all product feedback, new ideas and feature requests are tracked. In the same portal you are able to receive updates on your ideas, see what other Customers are suggesting and also vote on existing ideas. We have created a document with links to the portal and an explanation of how this works here:

Kind regards,
Aliosha
