Do you mean to share the license between the instances? That is not possible.

You could integrate the two JIRA instances.

I specify that one instance is mine, one instance belongs to another enterprise working for me.

I mean integrate ;) You can create update etc issues between your two servers. Even if you do not own both and one is JIRA OnDemand. See this video showing one JIRa integrated with one JIRA OnDemand using ConnectALL: http://www.go2group.net/display/ConnectAllDocs/Demos#Demos-JIRA-JIRAonDemand Any questions, just ask.

Using ConnectALL to integrate these two JIRA instances your JIRA users in one systems would not need an account in the other.
