Hi Expert,
Is it possible to  create/convert a new sub-task with a new prefix?
Could you please inform me regarding this issue?

What do you mean by "new prefix"? 

If you mean the project part of the key, then no.  A subtask belongs to a project (because it belongs to a parent issue) and hence must take the project key.
