Unfortunately it is not possible as you can see in Restricted functions in Atlassian Cloud apps.

LDAP is probably a pipe dream. Very few cloud services offer LDAP integration because it's not safe. Look for SAML integration, either way both feature requests are below so you can comment and vote on them –
