Is it possible to update a number field which is the sum of two other number fields?

Field X value + Field Y value = the sum of X and Y in field Z. How can I achieve this?

You can do it with the Scripted Fields but I'm not sure if it's available in Cloud.

Having said that, you might be able to do something with a Connect add-on to at least calculate and display sums etc. And I am certain that there are people out there trying to write Connect add-ons to give us this sort of flexibility, so this may change. Hopefully soon.
