Is there a way to display a message at the top of a JIRA board

Hi,

Is there a way to display a message at the top of a JIRA board. E.g. in the area marked in red below:

The message should be static and board specific i.e. not user or project specific.

Morning, has anyone found any add-on or setting to achieve this ? I was looking for this functionality and this is the only thread I found.

Hi Johan, I looked for documentation, add-on's and customization, and I could not find anything about it.

A possibility is to open a feature request at Atlassian.
