Is there a way to mass update old Tempo timesheet records with Accounts?

We've been using Tempo Timesheets for years, and have almost 100,000 time entries in our system. Today I installed Tempo Books and there are years worth of "unaccounted" entries now. Clicking them one by one in the Manage Unaccounted Hours page is not a reasonable option. How can I mass change these values by project so I can move forward and use the Unaccounted Hours page productively for new work?

I am not familiar with Tempo Books, but are you able to search for issues in JIRA that need the field updated you are talking about?  If so, you can use the bulk edit functionality at the top right of the search issues screen.
