Is there a way to skip using Workflow Designer and go back to using steps?

Danielle Johnston February 21, 2012

I'm an hour into using Workflow Designer and about to tear my hair out. Is there a way with the new upgrade to go back to just adding/defining steps? All I want to do is be able to easily modify the 'open' status to a status of my choosing, as well as create and manage transitions. Right now, I'm restricted in workflow designer to ... well, attempting to drag, drop and create relationships and being told "that transition already exists."

If you go to Administration > Workflows directly, you can use it as it was before. i.e. modify the steps, transitions etc without using workflow designer.

Thank you, Jobin!
