Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 21:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×I have observed that AIO Power BI is performing a query inconsistently. The end result is that an incorrect data set is retrieved by AIO Power BI compared to what can be observed by using JQL.
Can anyone advise where is the best place to post more details on this issue - I don't want to pollute this message board with Jira adjacent issues?
Hi @Bryn T Hird ,
We're sorry that you experienced some data discrepancies, but appreciate you opening a ticket and working with our support team to get this resolved. If you should need any additional help, please feel free to reach back out through our support portal or you can message me as well!
Thanks,
Kat Sandin (Appfire)
Hi @Bryn T Hird
The best way is to submit a support request to AIO support directly from the app page on the Marketplace. AIO has been acquired some time ago, and their apps now are supposed to be supported by BobSwift/Appfire.
But if you do not come to a solution there, feel free to try our alternative application.
Hope this helps :)
BR,
Anna
