Issues in Epic Field not Rendering

Bjorn Swenson March 1, 2020

After switching to an SQL server all of the Epics show this in the Epic Links field.

greenhopper-epics-issue-web-panel

Error rendering 'com.pyxis.greenhopper.jira:greenhopper-epics-issue-web-panel'. Please contact your Jira administrators.

I've followed the steps here and still have the problem.
https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/issue-screen-displays-error-rendering-greenhopper-epics-issue-web-panel-in-jira-server-779158857.html

An Epic with no linked tasks displays as expected. If I add a new epic link to an existing Epic with no links, the issue re-occurs.

Hi @Bjorn Swenson  what does the integrity checker shows? Any errors ?

Bjorn Swenson March 1, 2020

The integrity checker says everything is ok. I also forgot to mention I've also re-indexed all of the issues
