We just upgraded JIRA Agile to 6.3.8 from 6.1.something and noticing today that Kanban boards are slow to load. So I checked the Agile Configuration page in JIRA Admin and see the bottom field:
Worklog cache limit: 0
I had previously set this to 50,000 as we'd maxed out the previous default of 20,000. Now I cannot even change that number to 1, let alone 50,000.
Anyone else see this? Has this moved to a DB/file change required on this, or is there some secret "save" button (never was one before) that needs to be hit?
Hi,
I believe this is a bug reported in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-10450. Hope our developers will fixed this bug.
Regards,
John Chin
Hi,
According to https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AGILE/JIRA+Agile+6.3.11+Release+Notes
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-10450 is now fixed. I have tried the 6.3.11 JIRA Agile in our test instance but still the Currently Used cache size is 0%.
Best regards,
EJ

That certainly looks like the issue, yes. We're seeing degraded performance as a whole from this, any push that can be made to bring it to a resolution would be great.
Hopefully resolution comes in the form of an Agile update and not a JIRA upgrade.
