JIRA Compromissed watchbog

Hi, 

Today my jira server was compromissed with malware watchbog.

In the middle of the day i starting receiving e-mails from jira like one on the image. 

After some search on the internet and some debug, i saw thet my jira server was compromissed with watchbog malware.

Ok, I already read this.

I'm will do a fresh install of JIRA in the new server.

There is a way to known from where jira was infected ? Because i run jira server from my internal network and jira server does not have any link (mainly contact administrator form) with external network.
