I used to use card colours on boards to show red when the "blocked" label was used. However, this seems to have stopped working in the last few days.
I'm using labels = blocked and I've also tried labels = "blocked" but neither seem to work.
No colours seem to be working at all eg if I use assignee or priorities. Do you know how I can fix this? As far as I know, nothing has changed from our end, the colours just suddenly stopped working.
Hi, could you post the JQL here that's used for setting the card color for blocked tickets.
Meanwhile have you changed (any) filter recently? I would suggest if any project filter was changed it needs to be shared with the members for changes to be visible. It probably would be a good starting point for investigation.
Hello, go to - Configure board -> General ->In the filter section if there's a filter set on the project you will see 'shares' and 'edit filter shares'.
Check if it's shared with your group. I hope this helps. Let me know if the issue persists.
Also, if I am understanding the query correctly, would like to know where have you added the filter to display the card color as RED for blocked tickets?
We usually create a separate column for 'blocked' but the card color remains the same.

Hi, I am using:
labels = blocked
As far as I know we haven't changed any filters lately. How do I share any filters with members? I thought I'd set it up so everything is shared with all team members but I guess this might not be the case?
