JIRA migrating from windows to linux

Please tell me how to migrate from windows to linux.

I use JIRA v7.13.0.

I already tried that I created backup zip file by システムのバックアップ and imported by システムの復元. Bit it failed.

I don't use LDAP.

I think psql DB contents, home directory have not migrated.

Confluence migration succeeded in the same way.

Windowsで動作している JIRA を RedhadLinux へ移行させようと考えています。

移行元も移行先もバージョンは7.13.0となります

Windows マシンの JIRAの管理画面の「システムのバックアップ」からバックアップファイルを作成し

Linux マシンの JIRAの管理画面の「システムの復元」からバックアップファイルを読み込みました

起動は問題なく行えているようですが、ログインできません

詳細は確認していませんが、home ディレクトリ配下のファイルや、データベースの内容が引き継がれていないように見えます

※confluenceは、同様の方法で移行完了しました。

Windows環境

　MySQL

Linux環境

　PostgreSQL

ログインの問題は解決いただけたとの認識でよろしいでしょうか？

xml バックアップからデータをリストアする に記載の手順にてサーバーの移行を行った場合、ドキュメント内の「3. 添付ファイルの復元」 に記載がございますように、添付ファイルに関しては手動で移行を行って頂く必要がございます。

恐れ入りますが、Windows サーバーに存在しております添付ファイルを Linux 側へ移行いただくようお願いいたします。

To your problem:

• To migrate Jira between servers, I recommend reviewing this documentation - Migrating Jira applications to another server 
• Do you use Jira connection to LDAP? If so, your problem may be caused by this setting. Prior to migration, Jira Internal User Directories must be active and must be ranked first (before LDAP User Directories). You must have an administrator account set up in this Jira Internal User Directory. After migrating to the new server, you will be able to log in to Jira and edit your settings.
• You can still try to log in to Jira using Restore Passwords To Recover Admin User Rights

I fixed this issue.

I failed to move <home>/jira-data/data/attachments folder.

jira/logs/catalina.out
