Jira BigPicture - How to remove Narrow Down JQL query in Scope Definition

Hello, 

I am unable to remove the JQL 'Narrow Down' JQL query on Scope Definition within Configuration. When I remove the query and click 'save' the JQL remains. 

Can you provide support?

I am having this same problem. No matter what, I can't get an updated JQL in the Narrow Down to save. Any other tips? Hitting enter/return doesn't seem to make a difference.

When you remove a JQL query, confirm the operation by clicking "enter" and then save. Please let me know whether it helped.
