Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×Hello folks,
I am getting this message when trying to access Jira Cloud (free plan). According to Atlassians status page Jira does not have any issues as of now.
I also tried to open a support ticket. At the final step, before submitting the ticket, it told me my "Cloud site expired". What does that mean exactly? Unfortunately it won't let me submit the ticket. When clicking on "Continue raising request" nothing happens.
Has someone experienced this?

Not all sites can be restored, as we follow our documented data storage policy. In your case this was only deactivated for a period of about 8 days.
For any other users that might encounter this same scenario, the steps to follow here are to
This should help to make sure that your request is routed to the correct team quickly.
