After migrating Jira/Confluence from server to cloud (using the migration assistant tools) it appears that there are many links to the old server instances still present.  How can they be fixed?   Can they be fixed at all without manually fixing each link individually?

Hi @Rob Horan I'm afraid you might have to manually fix them or reach out to the Atlassian support team and ask them to apply the workaround for you. You can track the ticket here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/MIG-98.
