I am in the process of using the cloud migration tool to migrate a Jira project out of one Jira instance and into another.  The issues are migrating fine, and the document https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/what-migrates-in-a-cloud-to-cloud-migration-for-jira/ has been a good reference on what will/will not be migrated.

What I don't have information is the information that is presented in the deployments screen.  Is this information migrated, or when you relink to Github(and change the url to the new site) that the information is able to be backfilled from the GitHub configuration page I am using the Atlassian GitHub for Jira plugin.

Hi Ken,

After migration, you'll need to set up the Github link again. Once you've linked, Jira will then look for commits/branches/PRs referencing issue keys.

The migration assistant itself doesn't bring over this information. Please see Jira - Integrate with Github and particularly "Automatic synchronization and temporarily disabling a link"
