Jira. Integrating builds with your issues workflow not working on ondemand

I want to connect bamboo passed/failed build result with Jira transition like here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Integrating+builds+with+your+issues+workflow

Cannot make it work :(

We use Jira/bamboo ondemand + Stash.

Use standard Builds Workflow shipped with Jira ondemand

When I commit to Stash, a new bamboo builds triggers, build result (passed/failed) connects to Jira - ok

In standard Jira Builds Workflow it is used all required transition properties, etc.

* when I commit with #build comment, the transition "Building" does not fired

* if JIRA issue is in "Building" status and commit sources and build passed/faild, appropriate Jira transition (passed/failed) is not fired as well

What to check more, where to read more, is there any logs about this integration process?

after a month conversation with Atlassian support, they said, smart commits do not work in Stash for unknown reason :(
