In my company we are using JIRA SD Cloud solution for a project.
We created a Customer Portal, but is not possible through it, for one customer, to see other Customer's tickets (we have created a dedicated group for them).
As a workaround, I want to use the field "Request Participants" and put the Customer Group. But it is not possible.
My question is: how can I make visible to a Customer the other Customer's group tickets in the Customers Portal?
Hi @Simone Scarabelli, it is possible with the Plugin Collective Issue View for Service Desk. Their you can use your group. If someone of that group create a Ticket, all the other group members will be automatically added as Participants.
Hi Sasha,
The solution below is for Jira Service Desk on server, we are using Jira Service Desk Cloud.
Is that any chance to have same feature in Cloud?
Thank you.

@Simone Scarabelli sorry I overlooked that you use the cloud Version. At the moment we have no plans to build a cloud Version of the plugin.
