Jira Subscription received but recipients but no issues displayed

Hello,

I created a Jira filter and added people to a group. This group is subscribed to the filter and they get the email but it shows no issues even though when I run the JQL it shows issues.

What am I missing?

Hi @Hoc What is your JQL filter query? 

Users may receive different results via email for the same filter, depending on their groups memberships and permissions. 

For E.g. if your query is set up as :

project = ABC and assignee = currentuser()

The users will see only the issues they have been assigned to in the project.
