I'm using JETI as a helpdesk. When I send out notifications, such as notifications that tell users their issue has been closed, or that work has started on their issue, for some reason my name isn't registered and the action is registered as having been done as anonymous. Additionally, when users respond to this email, their comment is added to the issue, IT is not notified of their comment being added. If I respond to a comment, the email sent out states that my name responded to a comment. When users respond to this email, IT receives a notification. Are these two issues related, what could be causing this, and how do I fix it?
Hi, did you find a Solution for the Problem? I have the Same at the Moment.

Sorry if that wasn't clear. To recap. Notifications are being sent out when I do an action, but it says anonymous is doing the action. When users respond to the emails that anonymous is performing the action on, IT doesn't get a notification that they posted a comment.
