Jira flow and Column

Hei.

I have added the Jira flow with 8 steps. I want to add flow steps for Agile task board. I am not able to add it and dont know how and where can I add a new colum in Jira Task board.

Right now I have default 4 columns which are Todo/Development/Test/Done.

I have added new steps in flow which I wasnt to assigne to the new column. I want these column

Todo - Blocked - Development - Test Team A - Test Team B - Done

My Jira version is: 4.3.4
