Insight data export is available out of the box. Have a look at the documentation for more details.
You can export to customizable PDF documents with the Better PDF Exporter app.
It is developed by my team and a similar feature will be available soon also for Excel spreadsheets.

If you are using the JSM Premium with bundled Insight feature, then you can export to CSV file from the menu as shown in the screenshot. You can open the exported CSV file via Excel.
