Jira isn't closing tickets and the demanded time isn't adjusted to the close status

Hi guys,

we have the issue that in our iteration with 125 tickets most of them (113 from 125) are completed with status done and 12 are cancelled. So all of them are closed but somehow Jira doesn't see them as closed. For example in this screenshot you can see 5 tickets which are in the status done but somehow Jira see them still in progress status as you can see the blue colored open time.

If you want to close the iteration than you see the message that 113 tickets are still in progress (which isn't the case) and Jira is asking to move them into another iteration.

Only the 12 cancelled tickets are correct.

Company managed Jira - and we tried several aspects but nothing is working.

Thank you very much,

May seems an stupid answer, but those closed tickets have a resolution? This is something that can happen if you don't give issues a resolution also if you have a done category status.

A way to identify this is if the issues doesn't have resolution date too.
