Trying to log into Jira today to start work and cannot access my project site and issues. Errors popping up saying I need to refresh, but refresh does not work. Now I have an internal server error message.

It took Atlassian some time to update the page, but as of about 40 minutes ago they got it updated to show most Cloud products experiencing an Active Incident.
