Jira studio email alerts/notifications

Hi, how are you?

This time we need to know if we can help our client to set up this email alerts under the conditions explained bellow:

Send an email notification to Reporter, Assignee and 3 more users if a Severity 1 has not been updated within 15 minutes of creation and every 4 hours (if not closed)

Send an email notification to Reporter, Assignee and and 3 more users if a Sevverity 1 has not been closed within 24 hours and every 24 hours (until Sev 1 is closed)

Send an email notification to Reporter, Assignee and and 3 more users if an outage (planned and unplanned) has not been closed within 24 hours and every 24 hours (until Sev 1 is closed) (We have defined an "outage" as a field in a jira form, "is an outage?" and a combo to answer (Yes/No).

In case of possible, could you please point us in the right direction in how to achieve this task?

Hi Fernando,

I believe this is not possible to achieve in an OnDemand environment due to the customization required to perform these kind of notifications. However, I'd recommend you to take a look at the following documentation on how to achieve that in a standalone environment:
