Im trying to drag an issue to another column and I cant.

It seems that there is no "transition out" from "on hold" status, how can I fix that?

It is either there is no transition or there is a condition that is preventing the move. First check the workflow to see if there is a transition. You can do this by viewing the workflow in the status drop down of any issue or go to project settings > workflows and view the workflow. If there is a transition out of the status which status(es) does it go to? Recheck the transition from the status to the to status. If there is not out status then you need to add one by editing the workflow.

Hi,

I'm having the same problem. I've created a new column in one of my projects and in a personal multi-project board. I've mapped the status with the column.

It works perfectly if I change the status in tickets detail or at the projects board but not at my personal board.

The new status has the standard transitions. It allows from any other status.

It seems like I've to set permissions on my personal board, but I don't find where..

Thanks.
