Are there any plans to introduce some kind of federated authentication for Atlassian OnDemand services?

As organisations move to Cloud Based services - the proliferation of accounts for enterprise users becomes even more of an issue.

The value of OnDemand to enterprises would be greatly increased if you could federate against LDAP/AD sources.

There is no support for this in OnDemand yet. You might want to keep an eye on https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/JST-1837.
